New Year, New Workout Recap! No, wait, same old workout recap.
Starting with the New Year, I’m going to try to go back to Daily Mile to log my workouts. It’s nice to have those running calculations of mileage. It’s not something I did last year, and I kind of missed it. So if you’re there, feel free to friend me. I’m going to try to be better about using it.
Monday – Easy 60 minute spin to loosen the legs and remember how to workout.
Tuesday – Super easy 4 mile run. 53:15.
Wednesday – Quality grinding workout on the trainer. I love this workout more than I should.
Thursday – Right.
Friday – Happy New Year! Start the day with a rest day!
Saturday – Killer trainer ride. My legs were so angry after this one.
Sunday – 8 miles on the treadmill. Trying to pick up my speed two miles at a time. Still took 1:45.
