Monday – Rest Day.
Tuesday – Trainer ride. These get easier the more I do. Surprise, surprise.
Wednesday – Easy 4 mile run. This did not get easier.
Thursday – Swim practice. Took it easier than normal, but my shoulders were still quite angry.
Friday – Travel Day plus a long walk on the beach.
Saturday – Touristing
Sunday – Donna Half
And there you go. I’m looking forward to being able to do more of my runs outside. The treadmill is great, but I need the elevation changes that come with being outside.
