{"id":2328,"date":"2013-10-23T08:00:31","date_gmt":"2013-10-23T12:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=2328"},"modified":"2013-10-22T17:56:32","modified_gmt":"2013-10-22T21:56:32","slug":"busy-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2013\/10\/23\/busy-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Busy Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of those weeks where my workouts go by the wayside.<\/p>\n<p>Monday night, I had choir rehearsals, but it was a scheduled rest day anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Last night, I had to run an errand for a friend and was also fighting off the last bits of a bug so really didn&#8217;t feel up to running.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I&#8217;m putting in a 13+ hour day at work, so&#8230; no running. \u00a0Sleeping when I get home. \u00a0Lots of sleeping.<\/p>\n<p>So that means that I hope to get my long mid-week run in tomorrow, then a long run on Saturday. \u00a0Sunday, I will be out cheering and Friday, I have a much needed 2 hour massage followed by lots and lots of shopping for race snacks for friends running MCM.<\/p>\n<p>I know the week doesn&#8217;t seem that busy, but for me, it&#8217;s pretty insane. \u00a0I think it&#8217;s the 13+ hour day that really throws me off, to be honest.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, I&#8217;m fully aware that there are people much busier than I who run much more than I do. \u00a0Those people are awesome.<\/p>\n<p>(This post makes no sense. \u00a0I blame the fact that I&#8217;m writing it at 4:30 in the morning while waiting for the coffee to brew.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of those weeks where my workouts go by the wayside.
