{"id":2915,"date":"2014-07-30T09:00:26","date_gmt":"2014-07-30T13:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=2915"},"modified":"2014-07-30T08:18:03","modified_gmt":"2014-07-30T12:18:03","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-whoops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/07\/30\/wednesday-workout-recap-whoops\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap: Whoops"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, this is embarrassing.<\/p>\n<p>Monday: Swim drills!\u00a0 It was an annoying workout thanks to the super tall guys swimming butterfly in my lane, but whatever, I got it done.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday: Treadmill speedwork &#8211; 6 miles total<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday: Bike trainer drills &#8211; 1 hour<\/p>\n<p>Thursday: Scheduled &#8211; swim.\u00a0 Completed &#8211; nothing.\u00a0 I got stuck at work until 7:30, which meant there was no way I was getting to 8:00 swim on time, seeing as swim is probably 45 minutes from work plus I didn&#8217;t have any of my gear with me.<\/p>\n<p>Friday: Travel day!<\/p>\n<p>Saturday: Scheduled &#8211; 9 miles.\u00a0 Completed &#8211; nothing. Well, I played ball with my dog sibling for a while.\u00a0 That should count for something.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday: Family time<\/p>\n<p>So there wasn&#8217;t a lot of working out last week, which is always good the week before a race, right?\u00a0 We&#8217;ll find out.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s not every day that I get to go visit family and celebrate my grandmother&#8217;s 90th birthday, so it was worth it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, this is embarrassing.
