{"id":2947,"date":"2014-08-13T09:48:09","date_gmt":"2014-08-13T13:48:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=2947"},"modified":"2014-08-13T09:48:09","modified_gmt":"2014-08-13T13:48:09","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/08\/13\/wednesday-workout-recap-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another week down!<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day.\u00a0 So glorious.\u00a0 So needed after that race.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Swim drills.\u00a0 I am really working on making sure that I kick from my hips and not from my knees.\u00a0 That&#8217;s where I&#8217;m going to get more power at this point, and it makes a huge difference.\u00a0 It&#8217;s just not natural for me when I swim.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; One hour of bike drills and a 3 mile run.\u00a0 I knew that I wouldn&#8217;t get in Thursday&#8217;s workout, so I dropped it in today.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Travel<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Kayaking!\u00a0 Working up a recap of this.\u00a0 But kayaking the Colorado River starting at the Hoover Dam was INCREDIBLE.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Sleep.\u00a0 Eat.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 12:30 am &#8220;race.&#8221;\u00a0 I am so not a night person.<\/p>\n<p>This week is an easy week leading up to Sunday&#8217;s race.\u00a0 I&#8217;m really hoping that yesterday&#8217;s rain hasn&#8217;t destroyed the water quality.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t want the swim to get cancelled!\u00a0 Fingers crossed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another week down!
