Crown prep.\u00a0 Headache.\u00a0 Sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; With Team Fight swim cancelled for the week, I did Wednesday&#8217;s bike workout.\u00a0 Some light speedwork.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 24 Hours of Booty!\u00a0 Got in 70 miles.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; More Booty!\u00a0 Additional 43 miles.<\/p>\n<p>In number of miles, it was a victory.\u00a0 In number of workouts&#8230; eh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230; I got the workout recap done on time, so I should get points for that, right?
