{"id":3063,"date":"2014-10-07T09:00:52","date_gmt":"2014-10-07T13:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3063"},"modified":"2014-10-08T08:54:25","modified_gmt":"2014-10-08T12:54:25","slug":"werewolf-vampire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/10\/07\/werewolf-vampire\/","title":{"rendered":"Werewolf or Vampire?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, we had an important debate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Would you rather be a werewolf or a vampire?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/wolf_looking_a_bit_mean.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3066\" src=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/wolf_looking_a_bit_mean-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Wolf looking a bit mean\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/wolf_looking_a_bit_mean-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/wolf_looking_a_bit_mean-449x300.jpg 449w, http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/wolf_looking_a_bit_mean.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/46365_count_brickula.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-3073\" src=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/46365_count_brickula-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"[46\/365] Count Brickula\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/46365_count_brickula-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/46365_count_brickula-450x300.jpg 450w, http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/46365_count_brickula.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">You have to choose one or the other, and no messing with the rules.\u00a0 You can&#8217;t be a half-vampire or a hybrid of the two.\u00a0 And in this world, vampires don&#8217;t sparkle.\u00a0 Because that is just crazy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Here are some of the factors we came up with:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vampire pros:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Can fly (possibly as a bat, unsure of actual method)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Can move very fast<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Eternal life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vampire cons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sunlight<\/li>\n<li>Eternal life (unless all your friends are vampires, this sounds sad)<\/li>\n<li>Only eating blood, no food.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Werewolf pros:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get to be human a good portion of the time<\/li>\n<li>Can run fast and frolic in nature<\/li>\n<li>Can potentially stock home with raw meat so hunting is optional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Werewolf cons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can&#8217;t control transition<\/li>\n<li>Questionable as to whether or not you can control who you kill while wolfed out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now, there are other issues here that I&#8217;ve not touched upon.\u00a0 But where do you fall on the werewolf\/vampire debate?\u00a0 Personally, I choose werewolf.\u00a0 Perhaps the less sexy option, but I&#8217;m sticking to it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, we had an important debate.
