{"id":3108,"date":"2014-11-05T09:00:32","date_gmt":"2014-11-05T14:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3108"},"modified":"2014-11-05T07:50:59","modified_gmt":"2014-11-05T12:50:59","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/11\/05\/wednesday-workout-recap-13\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I guess I&#8217;m still easing in.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 4 mile easy run.\u00a0 Supposed to be 6 of speedwork, but after the weekend&#8217;s poor runs, I decided to slide in<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Rest day, where I cleaned my house like crazy<\/p>\n<p>Thursday-Saturday &#8211; Houseguests.\u00a0 I did not workout.\u00a0 I ate too much and drank too much and was generally a slug.\u00a0 And had an amazing time doing it.\u00a0 But I definitely feel fat now.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; After the houseguests left, I committed to getting in my 8 mile long run.\u00a0 It was done on the treadmill and I stopped midway through to move laundry to the dryer, but it still counts.\u00a0 Gotta get back on track.\u00a0 It&#8217;s race month!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I guess I&#8217;m still easing in.
