This was sluggish.\u00a0 41 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; 5 miles in 1:07.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 10 miles in 2:26.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m clearly no speed demon here, and I&#8217;ve managed to lose even more speed, but right now, I&#8217;m not worrying about that.\u00a0 It&#8217;s about getting in the workouts.\u00a0 If I just commit to the time on my feet, the rest will come.\u00a0 Or not.\u00a0 Either way, it feels good to not have missed workouts this week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I did it!\u00a0 I completed an entire week&#8217;s worth of workouts!\u00a0 Good job, self!
