{"id":3134,"date":"2014-11-19T09:00:17","date_gmt":"2014-11-19T14:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3134"},"modified":"2014-11-19T09:18:50","modified_gmt":"2014-11-19T14:18:50","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-15","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/11\/19\/wednesday-workout-recap-15\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another AMAZING week!<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 7 miles with 4 at tempo.\u00a0 I struggled to find my groove on this one, but pushed through.\u00a0 1:35<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; It&#8217;s going to be very hard when I lose my mid-week rest day.\u00a0 Soon (very soon), I want to add in biking this day.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Flipped Thurs\/Fri workouts because of the Cherry Blossom kickoff on Friday, so tonight, I did 5 miles on the treadmill.\u00a0 1:06<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; 3 miles early in the morning, but the downside to this workout was that it was about 10 hours after my last run, so it was harder than it should have been.\u00a0 40 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Definitely feeling the running today.\u00a0 My hips are achy, so lots of foam rolling.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t want to end up inadvertently pulling my back again.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 12 mile run!\u00a0 My last long run before Space Coast.\u00a0 It wasn&#8217;t the prettiest run, and I finished in 2:48, but I just set out to run and not think about pace. I listened to Neil Patrick Harris&#8217;s autobiography while running and it was the perfect distraction for a run I wasn&#8217;t all that pumped about.<\/p>\n<p>Two whole weeks of hitting every workout!\u00a0 Spoiler alert, I kill that the following week.\u00a0 But hey, it was good while it lasted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another AMAZING week!
