Best day ever.\u00a0 Still fighting off my cold, but apparently, the lingering cough is just going to stick around.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 8 miles of treadmill speedwork in 1:45:20.\u00a0 The cough is lingering, but this was much better than I thought it would be.\u00a0 8 miles of midweek running on the treadmill is never a fun thing, but I actually sort of enjoyed this.\u00a0 I think it&#8217;s because I&#8217;ve been so sick and lazy that my body just needed to run.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Trainer workout.\u00a0 I LOVE bike trainer workouts.\u00a0 This was a mix of power and speedwork.\u00a0 I really need to work on getting my RPMs up.\u00a0 Biking is probably my weakest skill and the place where I have the most room to improve.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; I returned to Team Fight swim and didn&#8217;t drown!\u00a0 Actually, I was really pleased how this workout went.\u00a0 My shoulders were less pleased, and I was exhausted when I was done, but I don&#8217;t feel like I lost anything in my form.\u00a0 I just need to keep showing up and get my strength up.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Massage day.\u00a0 My hips were super tight, and I need to remember to get back to my stretching and foam rolling.\u00a0 Then I did a 6 mile run in 1:20 and went to a friend&#8217;s St. Patrick&#8217;s Day party.\u00a0 All in all, a good day.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Rest day.\u00a0 Also known as CLEAN ALL THE THINGS.\u00a0 I wish I could be a naturally tidy person.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; <a title=\"Running!  Outside!
