Hey guys. \u00a0Guess what? \u00a0CHRISTMAS IS COMING! \u00a0Have you finished your shopping? \u00a0I haven’t. \u00a0Unfortunately, most of the gifts I need to buy are not for swimmers or triathletes. \u00a0But that doesn’t mean I didn’t have a great time browsing the holiday gift guide <\/a>from SwimOutlet.com. \u00a0They have a great array of gift suggestions in a number of categories and price ranges.<\/p>\n

Need some suggestions? \u00a0Well, here are my personal favorites. \u00a0First off, for the wacky swimmer or triathlete who spends way too many early mornings at the pool.<\/p>\n

Be the most fashionable lady at the pool.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

When I first started swimming for fitness, I bought a black bathing suit. \u00a0I did not want to draw attention to myself. \u00a0I figured I did enough of that with my splashing and flailing. \u00a0Thankfully, I’ve gotten over myself and this winter, will be sporting this fabulous suit<\/a> at the pool. \u00a0I love fun Christmas sweaters and this suit is FABULOUS. \u00a0And encompasses my love of snow. \u00a0Plus it can be worn well into the new year. \u00a0(Of course, if you prefer something Christmas specific, there’s also a suit styled after a Santa suit.) \u00a0And who can resist pairing it with a silly swim cap<\/a>. \u00a0We all know that training sucks up our social lives.<\/p>\n

(Hey, maybe I can meet a fellow over-scheduled triathlete at the pool thanks to this cute suit.)<\/p>\n

Okay, okay. \u00a0So you want to go more practical but don’t want to spend a ton of money.<\/p>\n

How about some fins<\/a> or other training accessories and a pair of goggles?<\/a> \u00a0Every swimmer I know has at least three pairs of goggles in their swim bag and still manages to forget them when they go to the pool. \u00a0As an aside, I really like Sporti brand swim accessories. \u00a0I have a kickboard from them as well and it’s incredibly sturdy and buying it didn’t break the bank.<\/p>\n

And though I purchased swim-related items from SwimOutlet, they aren’t just swim focused. \u00a0They know that a number of their customers are triathletes, so they have clothing and gear for running and triathlon as well.
