{"id":4215,"date":"2016-01-27T09:00:31","date_gmt":"2016-01-27T14:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4215"},"modified":"2016-01-27T08:13:10","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T13:13:10","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-45","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/01\/27\/wednesday-workout-recap-45\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have to be honest, I have no idea what day it is. \u00a0I haven&#8217;t left my block since Thursday night. \u00a0But my calendar tells me it&#8217;s Wednesday so it must be time for a workout recap.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Did Sunday&#8217;s 9 mile run. \u00a0On the treadmill. \u00a0Still dealing with a lingering cough, but I&#8217;ll probably live.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Trainer workout. \u00a0Kicked my ass. \u00a0People who complain that the bike trainer isn&#8217;t a good workout aren&#8217;t doing it right.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; 3 mile run. \u00a0Very sluggish.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; My triumphant return to swim! \u00a0I wore the sweet swim cap that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.triandtrue.net\">Kim<\/a> gave me for my birthday as promised. \u00a0This one was hard. \u00a0I&#8217;m wearing out for sure.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; The shoveling begins.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; More shoveling and 20 miles on the trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; More shoveling. \u00a0Got on the treadmill to run 10, got through less than a quarter mile, realized it wasn&#8217;t happening, decided to put it off til the next day. \u00a0I really have to get back to a normal schedule.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have to be honest, I have no idea what day it is. \u00a0I haven&#8217;t left my block since Thursday night. \u00a0But my calendar tells me it&#8217;s Wednesday so it must be time for a workout recap.
