{"id":4226,"date":"2016-02-03T09:00:08","date_gmt":"2016-02-03T14:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4226"},"modified":"2016-02-02T15:27:07","modified_gmt":"2016-02-02T20:27:07","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-46","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/03\/wednesday-workout-recap-46\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey look, I got in <del>all<\/del> most of my workouts this week!<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; 10 mile run.\u00a0 On the treadmill.\u00a0 Because there was snow.\u00a0 It was not fun, but it is done.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Trainer workout.\u00a0 Pushed RPMs and struggled to get to the 110 goal, but did my best.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Easy 4 miler.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Finally back in the office today after nearly a week at home thanks to the snow.\u00a0 And the roads were AWFUL.\u00a0 By the time I got home, I was so sick of dealing with it that I refused to go back out.\u00a0 No swimming for me.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Easy 45 minute bike workout, plus weight lifting.\u00a0 I really need to work on my core strength for better comfort in aero.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 90 minute workout in the trainer.\u00a0 Coach gives me a specific workout to do for these, so it&#8217;s not as bad as just pedaling for 90 minutes.\u00a0 Much easier on my brain.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 12 mile treadmill run.\u00a0 NOT easy on the brain.\u00a0 Could have gone outside, but the trails are in crap shape and I didn&#8217;t want to try to plot out a sidewalk course, considering half the sidewalks still aren&#8217;t cleared.\u00a0 So&#8230; I got it done.\u00a0 It wasn&#8217;t pretty at all, but it&#8217;s over.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey look, I got in all most of my workouts this week!
