{"id":4253,"date":"2016-02-10T09:00:44","date_gmt":"2016-02-10T14:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4253"},"modified":"2016-02-10T07:56:17","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T12:56:17","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-47","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/10\/wednesday-workout-recap-47\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So close to perfect&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Trainer workout.\u00a0 Legs still tired.\u00a0 Shut up, legs!<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Easy 4 miles<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Drove all the way to swim practice, realized I felt incredibly awful, drove back home, realized I had missed my daily anti-anxiety pill the day before and was pretty much just in withdrawal.\u00a0 Whoops.\u00a0 I&#8217;m usually better at identifying that feeling.\u00a0 I&#8217;m surprised it took nearly 24 hours for it to set in.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Easy 45 minute bike ride.\u00a0 Surprisingly sore.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 90 minutes on the trainer.\u00a0 I have power numbers now, but don&#8217;t know what to do with them.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 8 mile run.\u00a0 So much nicer than 12.\u00a0 Felt not terrible, but I&#8217;m clearly ready for full on taper.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So close to perfect&#8230; Monday &#8211; Rest Day Tuesday &#8211; Trainer workout.\u00a0 Legs still tired.\u00a0 Shut up, legs!
