{"id":4320,"date":"2016-03-16T09:00:18","date_gmt":"2016-03-16T13:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4320"},"modified":"2016-03-16T08:46:22","modified_gmt":"2016-03-16T12:46:22","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-50","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/03\/16\/wednesday-workout-recap-50\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, for the most part, I got back to it this week.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest day.\u00a0 Which was actually just touristing all day and not restful.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 4 mile run scheduled, but after 1.5 miles, my knee started to bother me, so I called it quits and did some strength work.\u00a0 I have to be careful to keep my quads strong so my knees track properly.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; My trainer is home!\u00a0 Awesome service from Saris.\u00a0 Hour on the trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Swim practice.\u00a0 This was tough. Lots and lots of sprints, and I&#8217;m not a good sprinter, so this was a bit soul crushing.\u00a0 But I got through it and I know that every workout makes me stronger.\u00a0 I just have to remember that.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; 45 easy spin on the trainer<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 120 minute structured trainer ride.\u00a0 Good lord, this power meter was a terrible idea.\u00a0 Now my coach can really make the workouts hurt.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 12 mile run.\u00a0 Not pretty, but it&#8217;s done.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, for the most part, I got back to it this week.
