I&#8217;m excited to try out more of their products.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 60 minute trainer ride.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; 3 mile run.\u00a0 This felt pretty good, which is unusual for mid-week workouts.\u00a0 Guess that rest really was needed.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Flying alllll day.\u00a0 And going to Disneyland and the expo.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Lots of walking.\u00a0 It counts.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; More walking, but some resting, seeing as I had a race the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Tink Half!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This definitely felt like a very lazy week, workout wise.\u00a0 Coach took a look at my schedule and my results and thought I was at risk of overtraining so I got some &#8220;easy&#8221; workouts before the ridiculousness begins again.\u00a0 It doesn&#8217;t hurt that it was a taper week.
