{"id":4561,"date":"2016-07-20T09:19:42","date_gmt":"2016-07-20T13:19:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4561"},"modified":"2016-07-20T09:19:42","modified_gmt":"2016-07-20T13:19:42","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-66","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/07\/20\/wednesday-workout-recap-66\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure id=\"attachment_4562\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4562\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/owl_1469020402.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-4562\" src=\"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/owl_1469020402-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4562\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">This guy has nothing to do with anything, I just thought he was funny. <a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/users\/OpenClipart-Vectors\/\">OpenClipart-Vectors<\/a> \/ Pixabay<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This was my last &#8220;easy&#8221; week until taper. \u00a0Oh, free time, how I am going to miss you.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day &#8211; traveling back from Williamsburg<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Rest Day. \u00a0Supposed to do an easy 20 minute swim, but since I had been out and the boss had been out for over a week, I opted to go to work on time. \u00a0Plus I got in the easy swim Sunday night, so that should count for something. \u00a0Went for an easy walk after work just to keep the blood flowing.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Easy 45 minute bike. \u00a0Did this on my road bike since my tri bike was in the shop (I still don&#8217;t know how I lost a spoke nipple during the race, but I find it hilarious that spoke nipples exist). \u00a0It made me realize just how much I really love my tri bike when compared to my road bike.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Easy 2 mile run. \u00a0Did this in the neighborhood and was absolutely DRENCHED when I was done. \u00a0So disgusting.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest day<\/p>\n<p>Saturday -Tri Camp!<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Easy 4 mile run. \u00a0Once again, DRENCHED. \u00a0And this weekend is supposed to be even warmer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was my last &#8220;easy&#8221; week until taper. \u00a0Oh, free time, how I am going to miss you.
