{"id":4628,"date":"2016-08-24T09:00:01","date_gmt":"2016-08-24T13:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4628"},"modified":"2016-08-23T17:25:17","modified_gmt":"2016-08-23T21:25:17","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-71","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2016\/08\/24\/wednesday-workout-recap-71\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Race day is coming. \u00a0Oh, it&#8217;s coming. \u00a0Thankfully, this was a step back week, so it wasn&#8217;t toooooo terrible.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Long interval swim sets. \u00a0Yay? \u00a0Actually, I really like these. \u00a0Mentally, it&#8217;s nice to break my swim into three or four long intervals rather than a bunch of shorter repeats.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Trainer ride plus a 3 mile run. \u00a0And I got a new baby niece today too!<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Team Fight Swim. \u00a0Oh, my legs.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest Day NUMBER TWO for the week. Glory of glories. \u00a0Got a massage that hurt way worse than the previous day&#8217;s swim.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 40 mile ride on some lovely local hills. \u00a0This felt pretty fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Unplanned rest day.
