Except my home will never be this fancy. <a href=\"https:\/\/pixabay.com\/users\/jill111\/\">jill111<\/a> \/ Pixabay<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Well, it&#8217;s back to real life. \u00a0Back to training, and possibly more importantly, back to eating like a normal person, not like a person who is training for a 70.3.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day. \u00a0This was actually a big day. \u00a0The repair work in my office finally got done, so now I can paint and then maybe I can finally get all the junk out of my living room and back where it belongs.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Team Fight Swim. \u00a0Tough as always, but a lot of fun. \u00a0It&#8217;s hard to convince myself to swim when it&#8217;s cold, but I need to keep showing up.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Trainer ride followed by a weights workout. \u00a0Yes, I&#8217;m finally getting back to strength work. \u00a0This has been my biggest failing and I need to step it up over the winter.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Ab work. \u00a0Apparently, my core is stupidly weak. \u00a0This is terrible all around.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Trainer ride<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Army Ten Miler!<\/p>\n<p>One more race left for the year. \u00a0I can&#8217;t believe how quickly things seem to be flying. \u00a0I guess that&#8217;s what happens when you&#8217;re busy all the time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, it&#8217;s back to real life. \u00a0Back to training, and possibly more importantly, back to eating like a normal person, not like a person who is training for a 70.3.
