\"StickyLife has been pretty busy as of late.\u00a0 This past weekend was our big fall choir concert, and it was absolutely a success – even the Washington Post review<\/a> was good!\u00a0 But it basically meant a week of very few scheduled workouts (though don’t let anyone tell you that 4 hours of choir isn’t a workout – my whole body hurts after that).<\/p>\n

I’m back to it now, with the Space Coast Half Marathon up next.\u00a0 It doesn’t seem like that long ago that I could bust out a half marathon with no trouble since I was running so regularly.\u00a0 Now it’s definitely an effort – or so I assume, since I haven’t run a half marathon in almost a year!\u00a0 The 2017 Space Coast Half was my last, so this is certainly a comeback.\u00a0 And it’s probably gonna hurt.\u00a0 But it’s also gonna be worth it.<\/p>\n

EPBOT made the COOLEST Harry Potter themed cat tree<\/a>.\u00a0 And a super cool Harry Potter room<\/a>.\u00a0 And photographed some hilarious pun-themed costumes<\/a> at DragonCon.<\/p>\n

Kecia is amazing and conquered IM Louisville<\/a>, which looked horrible.\u00a0 Not gonna lie.<\/p>\n

Steena did IM Wisconsin<\/a>, which looked less horrible, but I still don’t want to race 140.6.\u00a0 More power to you, ladies.<\/p>\n

Did you follow Katmai National Park and Preserve’s Fattest Bear competition<\/a>?\u00a0 The pictures were amazing.\u00a0 Those bears got BIG.\u00a0 Good job, nature.<\/p>\n

Jenn acknowledges that sometimes everything is terrible<\/a>, but you can still find the good.<\/p>\n

Chrissy went to Scotland<\/a>, because sometimes she does things other than cook, and I’m still pretty jealous.<\/p>\n

Lauren is running and blogging again<\/a> and I am very excited for her.<\/p>\n

Michaela shows just how rough it is to try to workout with cats<\/a>.\u00a0 Cats are jerks.\u00a0 Furry, loveable jerks.\u00a0 And I should try to pet mine more this weekend after barely seeing them last weekend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
