Amazing.\u00a0 But I thought since I didn&#8217;t give you a fitness related post this morning, I would do a quick post this afternoon<\/p>\n<p>This week, I&#8217;ve managed to stick to my workout schedule for the first time in a long time!<\/p>\n<p>And I am tired.\u00a0 And sore.\u00a0 And the hard part of the schedule is yet to come.<\/p>\n<p>I schedule my workout plans on a Mon-Sun week.\u00a0 I normally like to do my long runs on Sunday for two reasons: 1) from September-May, Mondays are good rest days because I have choir rehearsals that suck up 3-4 hours of the day, and 2), <a href=\"http:\/\/triandtrue.wordpress.com\" target=\"_blank\">Kim<\/a> works Saturdays, so if I want to run with her, it has to be Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>But this week, because I am cheering at the Annapolis Ten Miler on Sunday, I had to put my long run on Saturday, which meant some tweaks.\u00a0 First, Friday&#8217;s optional run was taken out of the schedule and replaced with ChaLEAN Extreme.\u00a0 So I managed to lift three times this week, which is definitely a good thing.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow, the weather should be good for my 12 mile run, the last 4 with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.betsytransatlantically.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Betsy<\/a> and her dog Charlie.\u00a0 But 12 miles. Yikes.<\/p>\n<p>This is the last week of solid workouts that I will get for a while.\u00a0 The next two weeks will involve lots of walking, but no actual workouts until my next long run.\u00a0 I&#8217;m hoping that doesn&#8217;t have too much of an effect on my fitness level.\u00a0 And I certainly hope I don&#8217;t gain back all the weight I&#8217;ve lost.\u00a0 I have very stubborn fat. It likes to stick around.\u00a0 But it also likes to invite all its friends over.\u00a0 Quite frustrating.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two posts in one day?
