And it was a stressful call, so if I wasn&#8217;t on the treadmill, I probably would have been stress snacking.\u00a0 Walking was definitely a better option.<\/p>\n<p>And now I&#8217;m headed into a rest weekend of fun with friends.\u00a0 Back to the grind on Tuesday!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So last night&#8217;s treadmill run?
