{"id":2837,"date":"2014-06-18T10:05:30","date_gmt":"2014-06-18T14:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=2837"},"modified":"2014-06-18T10:05:30","modified_gmt":"2014-06-18T14:05:30","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2014\/06\/18\/wednesday-workout-recap\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was very hit or miss for workouts.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; 1600m Swim.\u00a0 Should have been 2000, but I was running late.\u00a0 Better than nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Missed workout.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not sure what happened here.\u00a0 I think I got trapped at work significantly late.\u00a0 Should have still done something.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Skipped swim, did Wednesday&#8217;s trainer ride instead.\u00a0 Didn&#8217;t want to be exhausted for Sunday&#8217;s tri.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest day.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Pre-race rest day<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; RACE DAY!<\/p>\n<p>In my brain, the excuse for the lack of workouts was that it was a taper week, but I should have done more than I did.\u00a0 This week is my first week on my new coach created schedule.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s hoping I manage to stick to it better.\u00a0 Otherwise, Coach will shame me!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was very hit or miss for workouts.
