\"teamfight\"<\/a>As you know, I’m a member of Team Fight.\u00a0 I joined last year and made it through my first sprint distance triathlon thanks to the Team.\u00a0 This year, I’m racing with Team Fight for the Army Ten Miler, though I will be wearing TF blue and yellow for many other races as well.\u00a0 We’re trying to build our ranks, and while our in-person training happens locally, there are awesome reasons to join from afar, and we have Fighters from around the country.<\/p>\n

I would love to have a ton of new Team Fighters join me for the Army Ten Miler this year. The race is sold out, but we still have spots!\u00a0 And the fundraising commitment isn’t that bad – only $500.\u00a0 Of course, I set my personal goal much higher, as you can see from my sidebar and I always pay my race entry fee myself.\u00a0 But that’s because this Team has given so much to me that I want to give back to the cause.<\/p>\n

What is Team Fight?\u00a0 Team Fight is part of the Ulman Cancer Fund.\u00a0 UCF is an organization that supports and connects young adults, diagnosed with cancer, so they don’t have to battle this terrible disease alone. Team Fight is an awareness and fundraising platform that allows other individuals, of all ages, to get active in the young adult cancer fight. Together they participate in walks, runs, triathlons, and other sporting events as a way to make a difference in the cancer community.<\/p>\n

It’s been an awesome and inspiring group to be a part of.\u00a0 Join me!\u00a0\u00a0 If you can’t make it work this year, consider joining us next year.\u00a0 You won’t regret it.\u00a0 You can learn more at the website<\/a>, or feel free to ask me any questions.\u00a0 If I can’t answer, I will find someone who can.<\/p>\n
