{"id":3593,"date":"2015-05-20T09:00:38","date_gmt":"2015-05-20T13:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3593"},"modified":"2015-05-20T08:30:20","modified_gmt":"2015-05-20T12:30:20","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2015\/05\/20\/wednesday-workout-recap-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was an insane week life wise, so I was glad to see an easy week on my training schedule.\u00a0 Even then, I still didn&#8217;t get it all done, but I got pretty close.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest day.\u00a0 Also 3 hours of choir.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Easy 3 mile run<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Easy 45 minute bike ride.\u00a0 And 3 more hours of choir.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; Team Fight swim.\u00a0 Pyramid drills.\u00a0 Someday, I will be fast enough to finish the entire workout in the hour we&#8217;re allotted.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest day.\u00a0 And 3 more hours of choir.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; I bought a car!\u00a0 And I biked for an hour.\u00a0 Wanted to be outside, but it rained, so I ended up inside on the trainer.\u00a0 I also wanted to try to get in Sunday&#8217;s 6 mile run, since I knew Sunday was going to be tough, but&#8230; I did not.\u00a0 I was exhausted and my leg was weirdly sore.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Volunteered all morning at the Columbia Tri, then raced home, bathed, and went to my choir concert.\u00a0 It was awesome and exhausting and as expected, I did not get in my planned run.<\/p>\n<p>This week is gonna hurt now that I have to get back to real training after two weeks of lighter workouts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was an insane week life wise, so I was glad to see an easy week on my training schedule.\u00a0 Even then, I still didn&#8217;t get it all done, but I got pretty close.
