{"id":3770,"date":"2015-08-05T09:00:49","date_gmt":"2015-08-05T13:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3770"},"modified":"2015-08-05T08:09:48","modified_gmt":"2015-08-05T12:09:48","slug":"weekly-workout-recap-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/05\/weekly-workout-recap-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Taper week workout recaps are so very boring.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Easy 3 mile run with pickups.\u00a0 This was way harder than it should have been.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Easy 45 minute bike.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; I was supposed to go to swim and take it easy, but I was so tired that I just went home and slept.\u00a0 I think this is a sign I&#8217;m perhaps overtrained.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 10 minute run, 10 minute bike.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Race day!<\/p>\n<p>Coach agrees that I might need some added rest.\u00a0 Race day turned out okay, but I&#8217;ve just been pretty worn down lately.\u00a0 I need to be better about prioritizing sleep.\u00a0 But it&#8217;s hard to make that choice over training.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Taper week workout recaps are so very boring.
