{"id":3922,"date":"2015-10-07T09:00:21","date_gmt":"2015-10-07T13:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=3922"},"modified":"2015-10-07T08:02:01","modified_gmt":"2015-10-07T12:02:01","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-39","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2015\/10\/07\/wednesday-workout-recap-39\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ahh, the joys of easing back in after a race.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day.\u00a0 It wasn&#8217;t supposed to be, but I was still sore enough that I figured it was a good plan.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Easy 30 minute run.\u00a0 My schedule called for 3 miles, but I can&#8217;t read, so&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; 60 minute trainer workout.\u00a0 This is going to be my focus for the winter, so I started by pushing this one pretty hard.\u00a0 I have a lot of room for improvement on the bike.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; For whatever reason, I was exhausted today, so rather than go to swim, I went to bed before 8pm.\u00a0 Not ideal, but hey, sleep is awesome.<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; Rest Day<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; Easy 90 minute trainer ride.\u00a0 Lovely rainy day.\u00a0 Thank goodness for my trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; Easy 6 mile run.<\/p>\n<p>Next week?\u00a0 RACE WEEK.\u00a0 Again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahh, the joys of easing back in after a race.
