{"id":4029,"date":"2015-11-18T09:00:31","date_gmt":"2015-11-18T14:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=4029"},"modified":"2015-11-18T08:22:45","modified_gmt":"2015-11-18T13:22:45","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-41","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2015\/11\/18\/wednesday-workout-recap-41\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Would you look at that? \u00a0A workout recap post actually on Wednesday!<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest Day. \u00a0Choir rehearsals. \u00a0Hooray for Christmas music!<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Tempo ride. \u00a0I was hoping the rest day would help my sore muscles, but alas. \u00a0Everything still hurts.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; Treadmill speedwork! \u00a0I think I&#8217;m actually getting faster. \u00a0Also, I still find it crazy that my mid-week runs are around 7 miles or more. \u00a0It wasn&#8217;t that long ago that 7 miles was my long run!<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; The exhaustion caught up to me. \u00a0Ended up in bed before 8, missed swim practice. \u00a0Thank goodness it&#8217;s the triathlon off season?<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; High RPM trainer ride. \u00a0&#8220;High&#8221; is a relative term for me right now. \u00a0I&#8217;m still working to get my cadence up, but my comfortable tempo is getting faster, so I suppose that&#8217;s improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; TEN MILE TREADMILL RUN. \u00a0I am a machine.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 90 minute trainer ride. \u00a0Ahh, the joy of just pedaling.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Would you look at that? \u00a0A workout recap post actually on Wednesday!
