{"id":5122,"date":"2017-06-28T09:00:48","date_gmt":"2017-06-28T13:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/?p=5122"},"modified":"2017-06-28T08:26:30","modified_gmt":"2017-06-28T12:26:30","slug":"wednesday-workout-recap-96","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbowglitter.com\/blog\/2017\/06\/28\/wednesday-workout-recap-96\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday Workout Recap"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was a busy week. \u00a0Work really kicked up again, and my training has picked up as well, so it meant for not a lot of downtime.<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Rest day. \u00a0I use these for getting stuff done around the house that I inevitably didn&#8217;t get to over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday &#8211; Scheduled for swim, but I knew that it was likely I would miss Wednesday&#8217;s workout, and I need all the bike time I could get, so I did my 75 minute structured trainer ride instead.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday &#8211; After a 9 hour meeting at work (where there was food for lunch but no actual break) I was completely burned out and went home and crashed as anticipated. \u00a0At least I planned for it.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday &#8211; 5 mile run<\/p>\n<p>Friday &#8211; 2000m nonstop swim. \u00a0Got distracted midway by the youth diving team. \u00a0They were so impressive.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday &#8211; 9 mile run. \u00a0Well, more of a slog. \u00a0Whatever, miles covered.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday &#8211; 17 mile solo ride, repeated the same 17 mile course with the group at Princeton Sports, followed by a 2 mile run, a trip to the grocery store where I magically didn&#8217;t buy all the food in the place, and then a shower and rest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week was a busy week. \u00a0Work really kicked up again, and my training has picked up as well, so it meant for not a lot of downtime.
