I know. You don’t get what this picture has to do with motivation. Unless you are an actual thief, in which case you totally get this motivation.
But what this post is about is laughter. Working out is hard. But it should also have moments of joy. Maybe those moments are the awesome feeling after a hard workout. Maybe those moments come when you’re out running with friends or while you’re running a race and come upon a ridiculous sign.
Just remember to find the fun in the work and you’ll never want to give it up.
Love your blog! thanks for posting your run stats too. I think we’re almost mirror image in weight stats and running pace, so it’s nice to see someone who runs at my pace training for a marathon too. Doing WDW in Jan and nervous about making the time cutoff! Thanks for the encouragement!

I know that if I focus my training, I can make the cutoff. If the wheels fall off, I can power walk. I will do whatever it takes to get that medal. Of course, I’m terrified, but I can do it. WE can do it!
