I’ve decided to do something new this year to try to keep track of my goals.  I’m going to do a weekly update.  In terms of my fitness schedule, my week runs from Monday-Sunday, so for this week, the log is only for two days.  But man, those were some good days.

Miles run – 6.0
Miles biked – 11.05
Weights lifted – 0 times
Pounds lost – 0

That’s also days one and two of the 100 days challenge (30 minutes of purposeful activity every day for 100 days).
