Anyone have big weekend plans? Anyone? Anyone?
I have zero plans and I am thrilled about it.
Well, I have zero plans outside of the giant list I have prepared for myself. I haven’t been home much over the past few weeks, and it shows. My laundry pile is more of a mountain and we won’t talk about the layer of dust covering many of my surfaces. It’s getting a bit embarrassing.
I also need to get back in the habit of long weekend runs. So I’ll get in 8 miles, probably on Saturday. I miss my Zombies!Run missions.
Ethel the bike will probably get her much needed bath this weekend, and then I’ll probably let her have the weekend off. My legs will be angry enough after a long run. Next weekend’s a holiday weekend so she’ll get some exercise then.
And as you approach the weekend, a quick reminder to those of you out on the roads, either running, biking, or driving: Be careful! A local cyclist was killed Wednesday night while out biking. It looks like an accident where the driver was at fault for trying to pass her in an unclear area. Always make sure to give cyclists at least 3 feet. And cyclists have the right to be on the road as much as drivers do.
Be safe out there, everyone.
No one but me’s allowed in my house right now it’s gotten so bad. Have one last project I need to dedicate my time to this weekend and coming week and then I can concentrate on getting the house back in order. I do need to tackle my own laundry mountain at some point this weekend if I don’t wanna be nekkid next week, lol.

Ooh me! We are leaving for vacation today! The weekend was spent packing and getting last minute things together! :0) Hope you had a good weekend, a good run, and were able to finish that to-do list!

It was a GLORIOUS weekend where I got many things (but not all the things) done.
