Well, I guess I’m still easing in.

Monday – Rest Day

Tuesday – 4 mile easy run.  Supposed to be 6 of speedwork, but after the weekend’s poor runs, I decided to slide in

Wednesday – Rest day, where I cleaned my house like crazy

Thursday-Saturday – Houseguests.  I did not workout.  I ate too much and drank too much and was generally a slug.  And had an amazing time doing it.  But I definitely feel fat now.

Sunday – After the houseguests left, I committed to getting in my 8 mile long run.  It was done on the treadmill and I stopped midway through to move laundry to the dryer, but it still counts.  Gotta get back on track.  It’s race month!
