This post is pointless.

I’m always so exhausted at the beginning of the week.  I’m not sure what it is.  I always thought it was because my Mondays were so long, with work and then choir rehearsals til 10pm.  But since I will be out of town for work the the week of my choir’s March concert, I’m not currently attending rehearsals.  And yet I’m still exhausted.

It could be that I ran 29 miles last week.  Thanks, Coach.

It could be that my desk has no natural light so I feel like I’m sitting in semi-darkness all the time.

I would say that it’s because I sleep less during the week, but then why do I get so much energy by the end of the week?  My hardest workout all week is Tuesday, but by Thursday, I’m rocking it.  Maybe it’s because my brain is so sleep deprived by that point that I don’t realize what I’m doing.

Of course, half the problem this week is that I stayed up too late watching the Super Bowl on Sunday and then didn’t bother to go to bed early Monday night so I’m just sleep deprived.  And this trend will continue through the week.  Saturday morning sleep, I am coming for you.
