Week two wasn’t quite as good as week one.

Miles run – 9.2
Miles biked – 0
Weights lifted – 3 times
Pounds lost – 2.2 (some of which seem to have come back already)

I really need to stick to my running.  My first half marathon of 2011 is in 49 days.  My running partner and I just want to have fun and finish.  But I want to be sure to be in wonderful shape and ready to run when the day gets here.  It’s the beginning of my spring racing season and I want to do it right.
