Last week was an insane week life wise, so I was glad to see an easy week on my training schedule.  Even then, I still didn’t get it all done, but I got pretty close.

Monday – Rest day.  Also 3 hours of choir.

Tuesday – Easy 3 mile run

Wednesday – Easy 45 minute bike ride.  And 3 more hours of choir.

Thursday – Team Fight swim.  Pyramid drills.  Someday, I will be fast enough to finish the entire workout in the hour we’re allotted.

Friday – Rest day.  And 3 more hours of choir.

Saturday – I bought a car!  And I biked for an hour.  Wanted to be outside, but it rained, so I ended up inside on the trainer.  I also wanted to try to get in Sunday’s 6 mile run, since I knew Sunday was going to be tough, but… I did not.  I was exhausted and my leg was weirdly sore.

Sunday – Volunteered all morning at the Columbia Tri, then raced home, bathed, and went to my choir concert.  It was awesome and exhausting and as expected, I did not get in my planned run.

This week is gonna hurt now that I have to get back to real training after two weeks of lighter workouts.
