It’s crazy, but working out is such a great mood booster. I don’t know if it’s the adrenaline or the endorphins or just the satisfaction of having done something good for yourself, but when I’m in a terrible mood, a good workout definitely helps. And it doesn’t even have to be a hard workout. A 20 minute walk on my lunch break does wonders. Give it a shot the next time you’re in a funk!
