I liked last week’s workout review so much I’m going to do it again.

Be glad I don’t do What I Ate Wednesday.  Though this week, it would involve a lot of M&Ms.

So, for the week of June 2:

Monday: Rest Day – And a Mid Maryland Tri Club meeting!  It’s nice to be able to get back to these meetings.  Most of the year, I have choir rehearsals on Monday nights, so for the summers, it’s good to be at MMTC meetings.

Tuesday: Brick – 75 minutes on the trainer and a 1 mile run.  This kind of kicked my ass.

Wednesday: Missed swim – This was 50% the weather’s fault and 50% my own fault for overdoing it on Tuesday.

Thursday: Team Fight swim – Long drills.  Long, long drills.  A 500 fast has no real meaning in my head.

Friday: Rest day, plus a call with my new coach!  Plan starting after my tri!

Saturday: 7 Mile Run – I really should have gotten up earlier for this one, as I was dragging by the end.  Too hot.

Sunday: 18 mile group ride – This was awesome!  I managed to find a good spot in the pack and felt myself pushing the whole time.  It was exhausting, but I really felt like I got in a good workout.

So there you have it and there you are.  Another week down.  Next weekly update will involve a triathlon.  Yipes!
